On The Record AI services its customers with a Note-Taking AI personal assistant platform that provides the user the ability to create notes, transcribed, summarized and accessible. - When you record or create content on On The Record AI you do so on your own volition. On The Record AI does not require you to submit personal data nor it will process the personal data that might be contained in your content.
- On The Record AI does not directly collect payment information. We use a third party payment processor. And we obtain the necessary information for maintaining your account active.
Information we automatically collect from you
We may automatically collect information about you when you use our site or our services. For example, if you access our site through a computer, we will automatically collect information such as your browser type and version, computer and connection information, IP address and standard web log information.
Information we collect when customers use our Note Taking AI platform
When customers use our platform, we receive audio recordings for transcribing and processing purposes.
- All content created during your use of On The Record AI is not visible to other users. If you would like to export the content created by you on On The Record AI, you can do so by requesting it to support@ontherecord.ai.
- If you would like to delete the data associated with your account, you can do so by requesting it to support@ontherecord.ai.
- If you would like to delete your entire account, you can do so by requesting it to support@ontherecord.ai.
- If you would like to receive any other data related to your account, please write to support@ontherecord.ai. requesting the same.
- Any request will be completed within 30 days of the confirmation of its receipt, provided the data requested does not infringe on the privacy of other users.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
Speech technology platform: We use a third party speech technology platform ‘DeepGram’ to transcribe all the call recordings. Your data is not used to train their models. Further information about their privacy policy can be found on the Deepgram website.
AI LLM technology platform: We use a third party LLM technology platform ‘OpenAI’ to process the notes to summarize, translate and rewrite. Your data is not used to train their models. Further information about their privacy policy can be found on the OpenAI website.
